Corporate Relocation Terms and Conditions
Swiftmove logistics solutions have certain terms and conditions to be followed by you while availing of our services. These include:
- Swiftmove logistics solutions or its representative will not be responsible for any kind of damages or loss occurred to your goods due to natural calamity, unforeseen accident, fire, riots or sabotage. Therefore, to avoid such loss, we advise you to insure your shipment to avoid risk.
- We are not responsible for undertaking electrical, carpentry, or plumbing work. If needed we can provide those depending upon the availability of the staff with extra charges.
- We provide storage facilities to our customers at a lower rate. However, for loading, unloading, and local delivery, we take extra charges.
- We would be thankful if you intimate us 2-3 days earlier to deliver hassle free packaging.
- Customers should pay 20% in advance on the total amount which is non refundable, they can reschedule the same service within next 7 days.
- If you want to take extra goods apart from those not mentioned in the article list you are welcome. However, we charge extra money for such items.
- No compensation shall be considered in case of lift / society or stair walls spoiled during the delivery process.
- We accept flower pots for transportation but customers have to take guarantee of it and we will not be liable for its safe delivery at the destination.
- For car transportation, it is mandatory that your car should contain an adequate amount of Petrol or Diesel.
- After local shifting, the corrugated box should be returned back on the same day. If the customer is sending the boxes the next day, we charge 1000/- deposit and rent of boxes for a number of days.
- We charge extra per labour in case you call our packers on the subsequent day for your convenience.
- If you want to cancel your service, you can do so prior to 3 days. No Cancellation will be done within 24.
- The customer has to pay the remaining amount of bill once the vehicle is loaded , without payment the vehicle will not proceed ahead.
- The customer should not interfere with the workers during the packing process , the workers are trained professionally for their work.
It is to be noted that the above-mentioned terms and conditions may change in future as per the requirement of Swiftmove Packers and Movers.
Terms and Conditions for Article Details:
- The estimated quotation is dependent upon the articles list which you have selected, If any additional material is to be increased extra charge will be applicable.
- The value of each item has been furnished after due application of mind and the value so declared is knowing that the declared value alone could be taken into account at the time of deciding the case of claim for compensation, in case of damage / loss of particular item/goods.
- Any item not included in the above list and is being transported, the value of such item/goods will be damaged to be Zero and no compensation will be paid in case of damage / loss of such items.
- I Hereby declared that the value of goods is declared with my knowledge & consent.
Terms and Condition for Quotation Form:
- The quotation is dependent upon the articles list which you have selected, If any additional material is to be increased extra charge will be applicable.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
